Physical Education teacher Gary Spears, along with his students and coworkers from the Nawayee Center School located in East Phillips, put up a pole while constructing a TeePee in Sibley Park on June 11, 2024, in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Spears is working to secure city support to rename the park "Cánté Tiza Wiyan" (Strong Heart Women).
